Reggie Sutton

Reggie is in the business of fitness, nutrition, and personal training as a result of his personal injuries and life experiences. Having suffered numerous injuries as competitive martial artist and as a police officer he quickly learned the true value of the fitness lifestyle. Through proper rehabilitation and mobility, strength and  conditioning he  began on a path that would allow him to continue to function at a higher level.

“ It is my goal to share my knowledge, experience, and expertise with every person that comes to me seeking to improve their lifestyle through fitness. “ That’s why we opened R.E.S Professional Fitness Training”. I feel that at least 60 minutes of exercise 2-4 times a week along with the proper nutrition is a great way to improve ones health and well being. The better your physical conditioning, mobility, and nutrition regiment; the healthier you will become. The healthier you become the better your lifestyle becomes.

The R.E.S Motto is “60 minutes to a better you and a better life style

I’m my proof that it works.
