I started working with Reggie but was worried. I had many previous injuries that had always prohibited me from lifting weights including a torn ACL, pins in my ankle, and tendon issues in my shoulder - all from when I was younger and rode BMX bikes. Reggie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in regards to training someone with existing injuries. His years of experience shows and each day working with him I get stronger.
Before going to RES I was completely lost as to how to get myself in to optimal shape for my upcoming "Spartan Beast" race. I have run in races previously but have never done something like a 13+ mile obstacle race. I went to them with zero knowledge and absolutely no upper body strength and now, in the middle of my training, I am stronger than I ever thought I would be and more confident in this race than I ever thought I would be. Both Reggie and Michelle are inspiring, friendly, and knowledgable trainers which makes it a joy to go to them to get my butt kicked a little every week.
