Small Group Training is a cost effective program we are offering to our clients. You will receive the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the price.
Group training classes are generally 1 hour long and designed for you to get the absolute most efficient workout with the time given. Classes will be designed in a way that individual can work at their own level while never feeling like they are falling behind. We have a range of weights and modified movements for people who are either just starting out. All fitness levels are welcome!
