Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a cost effective program we are offering to our clients. You will receive the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the price.

Group training classes are generally 1 hour long and designed for you to get the absolute most efficient workout with the time given. Classes will be designed in a way that individual can work at their own level while never feeling like they are falling behind. We have a range of weights and modified movements for people who are either just starting out. All fitness levels are welcome!

There is strength in numbers. Motivate each other, hold yourself & each other accountable, perform better, feel better, and look better.

INCINERATE “A Men’s Fitness Class”

INCINERATE is a High Intensity Interval Training program designed to improve your overall fitness level through intense short bouts of exercise and regulated rest periods. Improve your muscular endurance, increase your strength, and improve fat loss.

BURN “A Women’s Fitness Class”

BURN is an hour class that consists of a warm up period, high intensity training with minimal rest periods, then a cool down rest period. This type of training has a result of a high caloric BURN, which results in fat loss, strength, and muscular endurance. Come to R.E.S and change your body. Change your lifestyle.

Class Information:

Classes are 5 weeks sessions.

INCINERATE Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 pm

BURN Monday & Wednesday 6:00 pm

BURN Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 pm

$130 (plus tax)
