It has been our privilege here at R.E.S to become a growing resource for persons interested in strength and performance training as related to specific civil service agility requirements. R.E.S is a personal training facility, we are skilled at developing programs aimed at achieving required results of the civil fitness test as needed on a individual bases.
Civil service exams and basic military requirements are the same when it comes to form and proper application of the exercise and the ability to perform them as required ie; push-ups, sit-ups and running. Each specific service physical test comes with different exercises and different specified times and specific qualifications. We are very knowledgeable in getting you in shape and ready to successfully pass these civil service agility requirements.
Reggie is in the business of fitness, nutrition, and personal training as a result of his personal injuries and life experiences. Having suffered numerous injuries as competitive martial artist and as a police officer he quickly learned the true value of the fitness lifestyle. Through proper rehabilitation and mobility, strength and conditioning he began on a path that would allow him to continue to function at a higher level.

I feel that at least 60 minutes of exercise 2-4 times a week along with the proper nutrition is a great way to improve ones health and well being. The better your physical conditioning, mobility, and nutrition regiment; the healthier you will become. The healthier you become the better your lifestyle becomes.
